Pre-Conventions Events are completed prior to Convention and sent to the Convention Coordinator for evaluation by the submission deadline.
The Participant should:
- Follow the rules of the event.
- Mail or transfer your work to the Convention Coordinator by the deadline.
- Help the Church Coordinator complete the Pre-Convention Submission Form and submit by the deadline.
The Church Coordinator should:
- Register the participants on the ERLTC web site.
- Help the participants follow the rules of the event and submit the entry.
- Complete a Pre-Convention Submission Form for each entry and submit by the deadline.

- Commercial Clips
- Poetry
- Song Writing
- T-Shirt Design
- Video Drama
- Web Design
