Though the annual ERLTC Convention is just one part of LTC, it is an exciting part. Each year during Easter weekend, member congregations from all over the Eastern United States come together to fellowship, praise God, and show what they’ve been working hard on over the last year.

To help the convention runs as smoothly as possible, there are a number of forms that are used to ensure the participants are registered properly for events, there are enough volunteers to evaluate the events, the hotel rooms are reserved properly and more.
